STEM Forward (formerly known as Engineers & Scientists of Milwaukee) was founded in 1905. Originally conceived as a "cooperative body, broad enough in scope to meet the needs of all engineers in the community", STEM Forward has evolved into the region's leading technical organization providing educational outreach programs emphasizing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
